What kind of lingerie do you sell? We specialize in women’s lingerie including bras, panties, lace sets, bralettes, bodysuits, and comfortable everyday intimates. Our collection focuses on quality fabrics, great fit, and stylish designs for all body types.
Where do you ship? We ship to all addresses in the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). International shipping is not available at this time.
What are your shipping options? We offer the following shipping methods within the US:
- Express Shipping (3-6 business days): $20
- Free Standard Shipping (7-14 business days): $0 (on qualifying orders)
- Standard Shipping (7-14 business days): $10
Shipping times are business days and may vary during peak seasons or holidays.

How long does it take to receive my order? Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected:
- Express: 3-6 business days
- Standard: 7-14 business days
Do you offer free shipping? Yes! We provide Free Standard Shipping (7-14 business days) on orders that meet the qualifying amount. You will see the free shipping option automatically in your cart when eligible.
What is your return & exchange policy? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached. For hygiene reasons, intimate apparel returns are subject to inspection. Please contact us at support@salkal.com with your order number to start a return. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.
Is my order packaged discreetly? Yes. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging to ensure your privacy.
Are your lingerie items true to size? We provide detailed size charts on every product page. We recommend measuring yourself and referring to the chart for the best fit. If you’re between sizes, we usually suggest sizing up for comfort.
